TitrateMe is a free, independent calculator built to help people on GLP-1 medications — like compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide — convert their prescribed dose into the correct number of syringe units to draw.

GLP-1 medications are increasingly prescribed for type 2 diabetes and weight management. Compounded versions from specialty pharmacies are drawn from multi-dose vials, which requires manual calculation. We built this tool to make that easier and reduce the chance of dosing errors.

This site is not affiliated with any pharmaceutical company, pharmacy, or healthcare provider. It is an independent educational resource.

How the Calculator Works

The calculator uses the standard formula: Volume (mL) = Dose (mg) ÷ Concentration (mg/mL), then multiplies by your syringe's units per mL. All calculations happen entirely in your browser — no data you enter is sent to any server. Results should always be verified against your prescription label and confirmed with your provider.

Our Approach

Every tool and article on TitrateMe is written to be clear, accurate, and beginner-friendly. We believe that understanding your medication — including the math behind each injection — is part of taking an informed, active role in your care.

Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. We are an educational resource, not a substitute for your prescriber or pharmacist.
